Hailing from North London, For Breakfast pulls together individuals from a variety of musical backgrounds as they set about bolting elements of dream pop, post-rock, jazz, noise rock and psychedelia together.

Their debut EP ‘Songs in the Key of O’, a cross-genre expression of turmoil and wonder, was released in June 2020. The band followed this with their enigmatic, expansive second EP ‘Trapped in the Big Room’ in May 2022, recorded on an abandoned Cold War air base in Suffolk.

For Breakfast’s music has received praise from Clash Magazine, The Quietus, Loud and Quiet Magazine, So Young Magazine and more.

The band are currently recording their debut album.
