MF Tomlinson is an Australian-born London-based artist who, with his collaborators the MFs, crafts sonic worlds that draw upon acid folk, prog, jazz and ambient music – lying somewhere between Bill Callahan, Yo La Tengo, and Leonard Cohen. His second album, We Are Still Wild Horses, was released February ‘23 on PRAH to a remarkable critical reception (★★★★ The Times, Uncut, Mojo, The Line of Best Fit). Their compelling live show has earned MF and the MFs supports with Dry Cleaning, Rolling Blackouts Coastal Fever & Geese and following their set at Latitude ‘22, numerous festival appearances – The Great Escape (featured in The Times ★★★★ write up of the festival) The End of the Road (UK, featured in the Standard’s ★★★★★ write of the festival) Bigsound (AUS) and Epäjohdonmukaisten Tanssiaisett (FIN) to name just a few.
